De website van McDonald’s Duitsland biedt inderdaad neit de mogelijkhied voor buitenlandse gasten het contactformulier in te vullen.
Er is ecther wel de mogelijkheid telefonisch of via de post contact met het kantoor op te nemen, de gegevens zijn:

Dit bericht is voor McDonalds International over McDonals Duitsland. Noch op de Duitse website noch op de .com website kan een Nederlander een klacht indienen. Indien McDonalds niet reageert zal een internationale schandpaal campagne worden geinitieerd. Please respond to the fact that auslander cannot use the internet in the McDonalds in Germany especially in Muuden. I asked the geschaftfuhrer to solve the problem for me but he refused. If Mc.Donalds does not respond properly and compensate me within 5 days I will publish this facts and make it to a big social issue. The fact is that foreigners (with a non-german) cellphone number not can get an login code. This is discrimination and as so unacceptable. The chef did not give me a complaintform and said: “you can download it from the internet” interesting if he refused to give a foreigner access to the internet.
